Eligible: Refund or exchange is provided only if a product is received damaged or if a wrong item is delivered.

3. Product Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Products must be unused.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

All tags must be intact.
Products showing signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Proof Required
All refund or exchange claims must be supported by:

A proper, unedited unboxing video recorded from start to finish.

The damage or incorrect product must be clearly visible.
Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 5 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was wrong or damaged.
6. Cancellation Process

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

If the product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery, the refund will not be processed.
