Refund & Exchange Policy – Manasa

Thank you for shopping at Manasa. We are committed to providing high-quality Indian clothing and a seamless shopping experience. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer refunds or exchanges under specific conditions.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

  • Exchanges are available within 3 days for eligible orders only.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Eligible: Refund or exchange is provided only if a product is received damaged or if a wrong item is delivered.

Not Eligible: We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size preferences

  • Color preferences

  • Design preferences

Only wrong or damaged products qualify.


3. Product Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Products must be unused.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All tags must be intact.

Products showing signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.


4. Proof Required
All refund or exchange claims must be supported by:

  • A proper, unedited unboxing video recorded from start to finish.

  • The damage or incorrect product must be clearly visible.

Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.


5. Refund Process

  • If your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was wrong or damaged.


6. Cancellation Process

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • To cancel your order, contact us immediately with your order number.

  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.


7. Refund & Return Terms

  • Refunds are only provided for wrong, defective, or damaged products.

  • Returned items must include all original packaging and tags.

  • Returns without proper proof (unedited unboxing video) will not be accepted.

  • If the product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery, the refund will not be processed.


8. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events (unless wrong or damaged).
