1. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Our trusted delivery partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and other region-specific couriers. The courier is chosen based on your location to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Locations
Manasa currently ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and courier service availability.
The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout with complete transparency.
We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time as part of special offers.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be sent via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order in real time using the courier’s tracking page.

  • Tracking details may also be available in your Manasa account (if applicable).

6. Shipping Packaging
We take great care in packing your items to ensure they reach you safely. Each product is carefully folded, wrapped, and protected to avoid damage. We use strong packaging materials, and eco-friendly options whenever possible.

7. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a proper unedited unboxing video. We will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Note: Returns for size, color, or design preferences are not accepted.
